2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues — you will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Depending on stock, your order ships either from our Ottawa hub or from our international warehouse. See our full Shipping Policy.
4. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer; Toronty does not provide a prepaid return label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Full rules: Returns Policy.
5. Warranty
All Toronty pieces are covered by our one-season Toronty Promise against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or improper care.
