Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Depending on stock availability, your order ships either from our Ottawa hub or from our international warehouse.

Canadian delivery

• Free express shipping on Canadian orders over CA$120.
• Flat-rate express shipping CA$9.95 below the threshold.
• Typical transit: 2–5 business days after processing.

International delivery

• Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Typical transit: 5–10 business days once shipped.
• Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days (Canada) or 15 business days (international), email hello@toronty.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
