Follow the care label inside the garment. As a rule: gentle wash cold, lay flat to dry, avoid bleach and high heat. Wool knits should be dry-cleaned or hand-washed cold.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–5 days. Depending on stock, your order ships either from our Ottawa hub or from our international warehouse. Canadian delivery typically takes another 2–5 business days after processing.

What if it doesn't fit?

Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Return shipping is at the customer's cost — we do not provide a prepaid label. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Measure your naked bust (no coat, thin bra) at the fullest point. Write down the number in cm.
Add +10 cm ease to get the coat bust measurement you should order.

Examples:

Bust 80 cm → choose coat bust 90 cm (80 + 10)
Bust 85 cm → choose coat bust 95 cm (85 + 10)
Bust 95 cm → choose coat bust 105 cm (95 + 10)
Bust 100 cm → choose coat bust 110 cm (100 + 10)

If you are unsure: contact our customer service with your bust (cm) and hip (cm). We’ll confirm the best size before you order.

Notes: Handmade garment; measurement tolerance ±2 cm. Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings. Long-distance shipping can compress the fur; hang for 1–2 days or use a cool blow-dryer to restore volume.

I’m between sizes. What should I do?

Use the bust +10 cm rule. If your measurement sits exactly between two coat sizes or you prefer thicker layers, choose the larger coat bust. Or message us your bust and hip in cm for a personalized recommendation.

The fur looks flat after shipping — is that normal?

Yes. Hang the coat for 24–48 hours to let the fur relax, then fluff gently or use a cool blow-dryer to restore volume.

How do I clean it?

Use professional fur cleaning only. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid heat sources.
