How do I care for it?

Follow the care label inside the garment. As a rule: gentle wash cold, lay flat to dry, avoid bleach and high heat. Wool knits should be dry-cleaned or hand-washed cold.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–5 days. Depending on stock, your order ships either from our Ottawa hub or from our international warehouse. Canadian delivery typically takes another 2–5 business days after processing.

What if it doesn't fit?

Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Return shipping is at the customer's cost — we do not provide a prepaid label. See our full Returns Policy for details.
